All Baron Designs products are meticulously inspected at every stage of production to ensure that the jewelry is perfect and that there are no imperfections. Our reputation depends on it and we take every step very seriously. However, if despite our diligence you receive a piece of jewelry that is damaged, we will replace it at our expense, if it is returned in its original condition.
Furthermore, if you are not completely satisfied with the jewel you bought on the online store, Baron Designs will exchange your purchase for another product or offer you a gift card for a future purchase.
There are no refunds on jewelry purchased online.

Your jewel will be delivered in a beautiful packaging and a polishing cloth that you will appreciate.
Production time: 3 weeks maximum - Possibility to request a ''RUSH'' (4-5 days) and we will try to modify our schedule. Contact us to discuss it.

All Baron Designs jewelry is designed and handcrafted by our jewelry specialists in our downtown Montreal workshop to our high quality standards.
Our sterling silver jewelry is plated with a high quality rhodium plating that prevents the metal from oxidizing and makes the jewelry hypo-allergenic.
Ring Size: This is the dilemma of many people who want to order online and are afraid of getting the wrong size. At Baron Designs, you will find a template available on each product page to help you. Also, upon request, we can send you a banding template by mail that will help you get the right size. Finally, in extreme cases where the size is not right, we offer you a free one-time sizing. Special requests: We offer the possibility to modify all our models. Thus, you can change the metal (silver, gold, platinum, combination of metals,..); the stones (natural or laboratory diamonds, natural colored stones; add/remove an element.
