Returns & Exchanges
- Exchanges
     are allowed, except for special orders and custom-made jewellery. 
     Jewellery sold outside of Canada are final sales.
- All
     products purchased online at the regular price on our website can
     be exchanged within 15 business days following delivery to the
     customer.
- The
     jewellery must not have been worn, modified or engraved.
- No refunds
     on orders from the online shop. Exchange only.
Items on sale cannot be
exchanged;
- In order to
     be exchanged, all merchandise must be in its original packaging and be
     resalable.  If the jewellery has been worn and if any scratches, dirt
     or cracks (stone) are apparent, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- Customers
     who wish to do an exchange must contact us by telephone. You will receive
     a form with the authorization number.  All jewellery must be returned
     along with a copy of the return form and its authorization number, as well
     as a copy of the invoice. A product returned without an authorization
     number will be refused and will be returned to you at your
     expense.  
- The
     customer is responsible for any return delivery charges. We are not responsible
     for refunds or compensation in the event of delay, damage, or loss during
     the return; it is also possible to come right to the workshop to do an
     exchange. 
- Exchanges
     will be processed based on their availability in the inventory. In the
     event that it is out of stock, you will be notified by email or phone. If
     the customer cannot choose an exchange product, a gift card will be sent
     to them for the full value of the original invoice, for a future purchase;
- Upon
     receiving the customer’s package, the piece of jewellery will be examined,
     and if the exchange conditions have been met, we can proceed with the
     exchange that you indicated on the return form (change of size, model,
     stone, etc.).
       
 Note: An exchange is permitted only once on a given product.
