At Baron Designs we guarantee our gem setting work, under normal usage. This warranty requires an annual visit to assess the status of your jewel. It is totally normal that prongs wear out with time. This usury weakens the setting holding the gems and, that is what makes it critical to loose a gem/many gems.
We will also have a look at the actual gems and validate their condition( cracks, flaws, blemishes, radiance,...)
This annual visit will insure that you have no bad surprises in the future and guarantees that your jewel will remain in excellent condition.
We also offer a service of gem replacement. It is frequent that a customer wants to change a gem, especially on an engagement ring. Thus a Moissanite or a half carat diamond could change for 1 carat. Or sometimes just changing a center stone for a colored one...
Our specialist understand that each customer has a different budget. That is the reason we offer natural gems, but also have alternatives which are more affordable such as, synthetic gems (example laboratory diamonds) which are made in a lab as well as imitations (example cubic zirconium) of excellent quality.
